Regulatory Compliance Consultant

Our client an international audit tax and advisory firm is currently looking for a Regulatory Compliance Consultant to join their team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in helping define the firms approach to Governance Risk and Compliance while supporting client-facing projects within a dynamic and supportive environment

This is a hybrid role offering a salary of up to 35K.

Please note that due to the urgency of the role only candidates who are already based in Europe can be considered.

Role & Responsibilities

• Guide clients through regulatory compliance obligations covering data protection AML sanctions and sector-specific requirements

• Design and implement policies procedures and controls

• Perform risk assessments and gap analyses to identify weaknesses in compliance and financial crime frameworks

• Assist with regulatory reporting while ensuring compliance with local and international standards

• Deliver training and awareness sessions covering compliance and financial crime matters

• Keep track of regulatory changes and advise on emerging risks and obligations

• Assist in audits investigations and remediation work tied to compliance breaches or financial crime incidents

Education Skills & Experience

• 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance AML or financial crime

• Bachelor (MQF Level 6) in Law Criminology Social Policy Business Administration or similar

• Fluency in English both written and verbal

• Familiar with key regulatory standards such as FATF EU AML directives OFAC GDPR and/or applicable local frameworks

• Comfortable working with risk management methodologies and compliance monitoring systems

• Strong analytical thinker with sharp problem-solving and communication abilities

• Multitasking with ability to manage multiple projects
