Process Leader Brewery Line

Remuneration: Salary

Main Duties:

• Direct daily Brewing Processing and Water Treatment operations to meet plans and SOP standards
• Track KPIs and BOTEC systems to fix issues and boost efficiency
• Handle shift scheduling training and performance for the operational team
• Manage inventory and reconciliations for raw materials beer and chemicals
• Maintain logs and update operational SOPs
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to keep lines running smoothly
• Enforce PPE and ATEX safety and quality standards while driving improvements

What skills do you need

• MQF Level 5 in Brewing Engineering Management or related field
• Experience in production brewing or food manufacturing is an asset
• Strong leadership organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work 3-shift rotations including nights
• Strong commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
