Job Summary
Industry: Food & Beverage
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary
Main Duties:
- Support finished goods inventory control including physical stock takes
- Issue and amend product return notes using company software
- Route daily orders allocate truck loads and issue dispatch paperwork
- Reconcile delivery truck documents and perform periodic spot checks
- Assist with forklift fleet and system maintenance administration
- Document returned products empties and pallets flagging any discrepancies
- Verify picked orders and inspect trucks before final loading
- Generate and analyze regular operational reports and documentation
- Retrieve and securely organize archived documents and files
What skills do you need
- Minimum of Ordinary Level standard of education
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Experience in logistics or related fields is an asset
- Required to work on shift work
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
