Guest Experience Associate

Xara Collection are looking for a friendly and professional Guest Experience Associate to ensure an exceptional stay for our guests. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service handling guest inquiries and creating memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a passion for hospitality and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Assist guests with inquiries reservations and special requests.
• Provide personalized recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings and local attractions.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Friendly professional and guest-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in hotel management systems is a plus.
