Finance Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist combining key finance operations with supporting of financial planning and analysis. This position supports business growth through optimising financial processes tools accurate reporting and insightful analysis.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the finance team
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop financial models reports and visual dashboards aligned with business needs
• Manage optimize and implement financial systems and tools to streamline finance operations
• Assisting with external audit processes and regulatory compliance requirements
• Handle additional finance-related tasks as assigned

• Maintain financial models and reports to support business planning
• Collaborate with other departments to prepare budgets and forecasts
• Analyse financial performance and provide insights

• Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or a related field (or equivalent certification)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations financial analysis or related roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (or Fabric) Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)
• Knowledge of other Microsoft Power Platform tools is considered a plus
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams

Primary work location Malta with work from home flexibility available
