Main Duties:
- Prepare required sea/air shipping docs invoices orders and customs files
- Coordinate with departments and shipping agencies prior to order release
- Align internal teams to ensure timely compliant export document preparation
- Handle customer communications to resolve issues and address order requirements
- Process invoices and maintain accurate transaction database and system records
What skills do you need
- Diploma or Advanced Level standard of education required
- Excellent English & Italian is a must; other European languages are an asset
- Export and shipping documentation experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Well-organized and proactive team player
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
