Job Summary

Main Duties:
- Supervise motivate and support engineering and maintenance staff daily
- Plan coordinate and supervise all maintenance and repair activities for plant premises utilities and equipment
- Write execute and approve preventive maintenance instructions and schedules
- Write and approve calibration instructions and review equipment qualification documents
- Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment alongside suppliers and departments
- Ensure strict adherence to EU GMP standards local regulations and corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Manage the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) function including hazardous waste disposal systems
- Oversee procurement and inventory management for spare parts tools and maintenance materials
- Act as the site IT trainer and coordinate with the sub-contracted IT services provider
- Manage external maintenance contractual services and issue technical agreements
- Identify training needs deliver technical training and maintain secure engineering records
What skills do you need
- An Undergraduate degree in Engineering required
- Minimum of five years of experience working as an Engineer and Project Manager in a manufacturing company
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
