Customer Support Specialist (Dutch speaking)

This is a customer-facing role within a fast-moving environment where you will support customers across different stages of their journey - from general enquiries and account-related requests through to banking and investment-related instructions.

Youll work closely with the Wealth team and have the opportunity to build your knowledge of banking savings and investment products while developing your career within financial services.

Location: Hybrid Malta

• Handle incoming customer calls and emails providing clear and professional support.

• Respond to customer questions investigate issues and escalate technical or more complex matters where required.

• Explain banking savings and investment products and services in a straightforward way.

• Process and follow up on customer instructions including payments trades investment portfolio transfers and account openings or closures.

• Support customer acquisition and retention activities through relevant marketing and product campaigns.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the customer journey.

• Native-level Dutch.

• Good written and spoken English would be an advantage.

• Previous experience in customer service banking financial services or a similar client-facing environment is an advantage but not essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A customer-focused approach with the ability to listen understand and explain information clearly.

• Good attention to detail particularly when handling customer instructions and financial information.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing different customer requests.

• Hybrid working arrangement in Malta.
