Compliance & AML Administrator

Our client a well-established company licensed by the MFSA and a member of the MSE is currently looking for a Compliance & AML Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Compliance you will form part of a team that ensures compliance within the firm.

This is a hybrid role that offers a salary of up to 25K plus bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and updating of compliance manuals plans policies and procedures

• Support the implementation of the companys Compliance Monitoring Programme

• Collaborate with the MLRO in CDD in line with the customer acceptance policy ensuring AML procedures are enforced across the firm

• Oversee that all employees are operating in accordance with the Companys policies and procedures

• Assist in the preparation of internal reports and with the monitoring and analysis of transactions

• Review and maintain compliance files

• Keep abreast of all new regulations

Education Skills & Experience

• Advanced Compliance certifications or a degree in Banking and Finance or a relevant area

• 2 years work experience in Compliance & AML in Malta

• Fluency in English both written and spoken

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Confident with spreadsheets formulas and data analysis

• Analytical with excellent time management skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to work

• Hands-on approach and a can do attitude
