Main Duties:

Handle and assist with M&A transactions including due diligence inquiries and management
Draft or review of transaction documents and handling of completion documents
General legal commercial and corporate advisory work
Support the Corporate and Commercial team generally under the direction of the Firms partners

What skills do you need

Be fully qualified (An LLM or similar masters degree in a relevant area
Or..2 years or more post-qualification experience will be considered favourably
Able to work under pressure and within a team
Excellent communication skills especially in English and Maltese both verbal and written

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
