We are seeking an experienced Windows Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise Windows environments ensuring system reliability and performance in collaboration with technical teams.

• Manage maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Provide technical support for Windows operating systems and enterprise infrastructure.
• Install configure and support virtualisation platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Support cloud environments including AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Troubleshoot networking issues involving DNS DHCP and connectivity.
• Support storage technologies such as NAS SAN RAID and NFS.
• Perform system monitoring log analysis and performance troubleshooting.
• Support backup recovery and data protection activities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and technical teams to resolve system issues.

• Diploma or higher in a related discipline.
• Minimum 35 years of strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Malaysia. Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Mandarin communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience with at least one virtualisation platform: VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts DNS DHCP and network troubleshooting.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of storage technologies (NAS SAN RAID NFS).

• Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Microsoft AWS Azure CCNA or CCNP certifications.
• Experience with Commvault or other backup and data protection solutions.
• Experience in enterprise infrastructure support environments.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
