Position Overview

As a Specialist Web Development (.NET Developer) you will join our Group Technical Delivery Technical Solution team within CSSC. We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional proficient web development to design build and modernize enterprise applications. This role offers the opportunity to explore AI-driven solutions and automation to enhance efficiency and innovation across our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain enterprise-level web applications technologies.
• Enhance and modernize existing applications implementing best practices in coding standards performance optimization and security.
• Explore and integrate AI/automation solutions to streamline development and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts and fellow developers to deliver solutions aligned with requirements and project timelines.
• Utilize Azure DevOps or GitHub for version control CI/CD and project tracking.
• Apply GitHub Copilot prompt engineering and Agentic AI SDLC practices to accelerate development improve code quality and support modern software delivery workflows.
• Troubleshoot debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Stay current with emerging technologies tools and frameworks relevant AI and automation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience web application development ( MVC/Core C# Entity Framework).
• Familiarity with MSSQL databases and query optimization.
• Positive attitude proactive mindset and a passion for technology and innovation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub in a collaborative development environment.
• Interest or experience in AI automation and code modernization is an advantage.
• Passion for using GitHub Copilot Agentic AI SDLC and harness engineering to drive smarter faster and more reliable software development.
