Senior Technician CEST

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Job Responsbilities:

• Set up implement and maintain the SPC (Statistical Process Control) system.
• Manage and maintain the DV Master Inventory system and master units.
• Perform test software qualification for tester control-related changes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot tester control and SPC system issues.
• Set up SPC test systems for new products and tester configurations.
• Monitor SPC data and perform periodic reviews to optimize system performance.
• Support test software debugging with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct tester control evaluations design of experiments (DOE) and implement improvements.
• Assist engineers with special evaluations technical analysis and improvement projects.
• Manage assign and monitor engineering operators within the team.
• Provide SPC system training to relevant departments when required.
• Ensure compliance with Safety ESD Cleanroom Housekeeping ISO and company requirements.
• Revise DV duration when necessary and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Stop tester operations when safety quality or tester control requirements are not met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply risk-based thinking in daily tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
