Responsible for designing developing and executing comprehensive performance testing strategies to ensure the scalability reliability and performance of applications in collaborative and dynamic work environment. Responsibke to handle the end to end performance testing activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams/Stakeholders to identify and resolve performance issues.
Roles & Responsibilities
Should be able to carry out effort and timeline estimation for performance testing projects/programs. Should be able to analyse application architecture and deployment topology Should be able to coordinate non-functional requirements collection process with business and technical teams; understand system performance requirements & business objectives Should be able to develop performance testing/engineering strategy for the enterprise Should have experience to develop scripts and execute performance tests using industry-leading tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter on common protocols such as Web Web Services Ajax TruClient RTE and Winsock. Should have exposure to various types of performance tests including load stress endurance etc Should have the ability to use monitoring tools like Grafana Splunk BMC trusight Dynatrace for performance analysis of applications/infrastructure and thereby identify bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations Should work with project stakeholders and program leadership on various stages of SDLC and collaborate between the teams. Should have the capability to make decisions on performance test defect triage meetings Should be able to create engagement level metrics for project/program leadership Should have exposure to concepts such as DEVOPS CI/CD and Security Testing Should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to do root cause analysis of performance problems and providing recommendations to fix the same will be added advantage

Essential Skills: 7-10 years of experience in performance testing Advanced understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies Strong leadership and mentoring skills Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter LoadRunner. Experience with scripting language Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excel communication and collaboration skills Experience with Agile development methodologies Nice to Have Skills. Experience with cloud-based performance testing Knowledge of Agile development methodologies Knowledge of containerization using Docker Certification in performance testing tools Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence
