Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day payroll operations including but not limited to payroll processing allowances and employee record management.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirement local and overseas payroll including tax filing and reporting.
Manage year-end payroll activities including generate EA E form Tax audit etc.
Lead mentor and develop the payroll team fostering a high-performance culture.
Define role set performance expectation and conduct regular review.
Resolve complex payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
Optimize payroll process for efficiency accuracy and automation.
Generate payroll reports for management audits and financial report.
Ensure data integrity and security in payroll records. Liaise with external payroll providers tax agencies and auditors.
Collaborate with HR Finance Legal and other department on payroll-related matters.
Ensure internal controls and compliance for payroll operations.
Lead internal and external payroll audits addressing findings and recommend for improvement plan.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree or above in Human Resources Business Administration or other relevant discipline.
Minimum 7-8 years working experience in Payroll or relevant.
Able to monitor a team of more than 10 staff.
Detail oriented with quick numerical and mathematical mind
Experience in handling payroll of more than 1000 employee size/volume.
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree or above in Human Resources Business Administration or other relevant discipline. Minimum 7-8 years working experience in Payroll or relevant.
