Senior Manager, Finance Transformation

Role Summary

The Senior Manager Finance Operations & Projects supports the Group Accounting & Tax Director in overseeing daytoday finance operations while driving key transformation initiatives across the organisation. This role covers financial reporting system migration vendor sourcing and process improvement projects to ensure efficiency compliance and readiness for future growth in the event management industry.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Operations Projects & Transformation

• Oversee groupwide financial reporting consolidation and compliance activities.
  
• Ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness in line with international accounting standards.
  
• Lead finance transformation projects including ERP/system migration automation and process improvements.
  
• Collaborate with IT HR Procurement and Operations to streamline groupwide processes.
  

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Provide guidance and support to finance team members to strengthen execution and project delivery.
  
• Act as a liaison across departments to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  
• Support the Group Accounting & Tax Director in preparing management and boardlevel reporting materials.
  
• Foster a culture of accountability innovation and continuous improvement within the finance function.
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA/ACCA/CA preferred.
  
• 1215 years of finance experience ideally with crossborder exposure.
  
• Proven expertise in finance operations ERP/system migration and transformation projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards compliance and reporting requirements.
  
• Excellent project management skills with ability to lead crossfunctional initiatives.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  
• Handson detailoriented adaptable to a dynamic fastpaced environment.
