Senior Analyst, Data Analytics

How you will make an impact:

• Develop solutions to and lead execution on complex projects
• Act as key contact and liaison between data analytics and business stakeholders including senior internal/external personnel
• Automate/standardise/deliver commercial dashboards/reporting analytics and strategic insight needs to deliver business outcomes
• Create customised reports to provide insights for stakeholders to make business decisions
• Aggregate data from different sources and ensure data integrity
• Coordinate the evaluation scope execution cadence of change/new reporting/dashboard requests
• Proactively identify issues and provide recommendations for process improvement in collaboration with stakeholders
• Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts
• Support Strategy with Data Stewardship and Governance Initiatives
• Drive best-practice for adoption usage data maintenance & integrity
• Other incidental duties

What youll need (Required):

• Bachelors Degree in Business Analytics Data/Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Mathematics Statistics or a related field
• 5 years experience in full-stack software development tool development database design analytics and dashboard creation
• Proficient with PowerBI Tableau and (SFDC)
• Advanced Excel including complex formula and data manipulation

What else we look for (Preferred):

• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint etc.)
• Experience with consumer AI solutions (Copilot Claude code etc.)
• Ability to understand and analyse industry trends
• Knowledge of database data warehousing or data sciences
• Experience in documenting data flows business processes power point presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to speak to varying levels across the organization
• Good computer skills including related tools and systems
• Solid knowledge and understanding with BI reporting data mining or multi-data center applications
• Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to solve business problems
• Strict attention to detail
