Reliability Engineer

Work Location: Perai Penang

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement reliability test plans for qualification.
• Define reliability requirements and acceptance criteria in collaboration with design quality and manufacturing teams.
• Use statistical and reliability modeling tools (e.g. Weibull MTBF) to predict product life and field performance.
• Support qualification of new products materials processes suppliers etc.
• Testing capability development and tester issue troubleshooting
• Drive continuous improvement of reliability methodologies test coverage and equipment capabilities.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical/Electronics Materials Science Physics or related engineering field.
• Knowledge of reliability standards (e.g. Telcordia GR468 MIL-STD IEC).
• Experience with reliability testing data analysis and statistical methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good teamwork communication and documentation skills.
