Job Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship and Stakeholder Management: Maintaining positive relationships with business by Initiating important partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Process Improvement: Ensuring that systems procedures and methodologies are in place with relevant controls.

• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments on digital projects existing systems and third parties to identify potential risks and recommend action plans to mitigate them.

• Compliance Review: Ensure compliance with established policies and applicable regulations by conducting compliance reviews on control effectiveness.

• Policy Development: Assist in developing policies standards and guidelines to ensure the safety of IT assets in adherence to business needs industrial best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Governance Support: Support the Head of Technology Operations to ensure effective technology risk oversight and governance. Regulatory Support: Assist the technology teams in their interactions with regulators including inspections surveys and consultation papers.

• Third Party Risk Management Ensure Third Party Risk Management in line with policies and conduct Due Diligences on 3rd party vendors.

• Attestation / Assurance Conduct thematic reviews of Technology Operations Processes identify lapses and implement controls together with the Tower Leads

• Audits Managing internal and external Audits touching Global Technology Operations and ensure alignment on Process / artefacts and potential observations.

Qualifications

• Education: A relevant degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Computer Science Business Information Technology

• Engineering or related fields with a minimum of 10 years experience in Technology Risk / IT Operations. Certifications: CISA / CISSP / CRISC / CISM

• Technology Governance Risk Management IT Operations
