QAQC Engineer

Work Location:Central Region Seremban Negeri Sembilan / Shah Alam Selangor

Contract Duration:Tentatively 3-4 months (short term contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Quality Management Procedures (PQMP) and QA/QC procedures.
• Implement quality management systems training and project audits.
• Manage NCR Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure timely close-out.
• Monitor QC inspection and testing activities in accordance with approved ITPs project specifications and applicable codes/standards.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant Oil & Gas quality requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams contractors and clients on quality-related matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 37 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Familiar with ASME API AWS ANSI ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards.
• Experience in project quality audits ITP NCR/CAPA and quality management systems.
• Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
• CQE (ASQ) CQA/CQPr (CQI) CQIP (ACI) or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
