Maintaining quality control policies and procedures to ensure products meet customer expectations and requirements.
Leading and guiding a team of quality assurance inspectors auditors in their daily tasks.
Performing regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Identifying training needs and opportunities for teamimprovement and conducting training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standard procedure.
Responsible to arranging manpower to plan and conduct testing and inspection of material and products to ensure finished product quality.
Ensure that all quality records are kept and well maintained for future reference purposes.
Liaise closely with production team on quality issue of products.
Ensuring that inspection and test methods are carried out and are effective in detecting defective products.
Managing employee attrition and retention.
Take part or to be trained on companys initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business Admin / Economics / IE / Production Management and related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years working experience in a high-volume high mix production environment managing production with at least 3 years in supervisory position.
Skills
Experience working with Oracle/ ERP/ SAP/ MRP tools.
Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects.
Computer software knowledge etc especially in Microsoft Office.
Special knowledge: ISO and QA knowledge/QC inspection.
Working Conditions
This role is 100% onsite
Willing to run 3 rotating shift (12 hours shift)
