We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / PMO Coordinator to coordinate ICT project activities ensure complete and audit-ready documentation and support governance and compliance initiatives across multiple projects.
- Coordinate end-to-end ICT project activities and documentation processes.
- Prepare validate and maintain project documentation to ensure completeness and audit readiness.
- Manage documentation repositories and support the organisation of key project records.
- Coordinate financial documentation including purchase requests purchase orders contracts statements of work invoices and approvals.
- Monitor documentation status and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with ICT governance policies and support audit requirements.
- Support finance teams during financial closing activities and project capitalisation processes.
- Identify documentation gaps and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency and compliance.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting Project Management Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in project coordination PMO governance finance coordination or document management.
- Experience supporting ICT or technology projects.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High integrity with a strong focus on governance and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with SharePoint Confluence or other document management platforms.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and project financial documentation.
- Knowledge of project capitalisation accounting principles or audit processes.
- Experience in ICT governance frameworks (e.g. COBIT ITIL).
- Experience supporting internal or external audits for ICT projects.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting Project Management Information Technology or a related field.
