Project Administrator

• Manage project documentation filing systems and document control.
• Maintain project trackers reports and status updates.
• Coordinate with contractors vendors and internal stakeholders on administrative matters.
• Support purchase requests invoice processing and vendor documentation.
• Arrange travel logistics site access and onboarding activities as required.
• Ensure all project records are accurate organized and up to date.

Qualifications :

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 25 years of administrative or project support experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
• Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills.
• Experience supporting construction engineering facilities or data center projects is an advantage.
• Willing to work on site
