Production Group Leader OTR

The Production Group Leader ensures smooth operations through documentation digitalization support quality compliance and improvement initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to details.

1. Manage production documentation reporting and KPI dashboards; support digitalization projects and train operators.
2. Ensure quality compliance analyze production data and identify improvement opportunities.
3. Assist in Lean initiatives trials and cost-saving projects while maintaining safety and environmental standards.
