Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  - Process Optimization: Develop configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  - Data Analysis & Troubleshooting: Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends troubleshoot operational issues and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
  - Compliance & Safety: Design run test and upgrade systems and processes while ensuring full compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
  - Technical Support: Provide technical support training and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to production teams.
  - Risk & Cost Assessment: Perform risk assessments process simulations and cost estimations for manufacturing operations.

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelors degree in Chemical Mechanical Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 13 years of experience in process engineering or a manufacturing environment.
• Professional Skills: Proficiency in process simulation software and CAD with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Core Competencies: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; familiarity with Six Sigma or lean manufacturing principles is a plus
