Networkoperation and maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Lenovo sales-related production systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure system availability stability and reliability.
• Perform troubleshooting incident investigation and fault resolution.
• Analyze application logs to identify system issues and potential risks.
• Support Java-based applications and business systems.
• Perform database-related maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Respond to major application incidents and provide timely technical solutions.
• Collaborate with development infrastructure and business teams to resolve system issues.
• Support system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in night-time on-call duties and scheduled support arrangements when required.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or above in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Java development with strong knowledge of Java Object-Oriented Programming.
• Familiar with Spring MVC / Spring Boot API development.
• Familiar with Spring Data JPA / Hibernate / PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in development management tools such as Gradle Git and Jira.
• Good ability to perform system log analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with PL/SQL development.
• Familiar with databases such as Oracle SQL Server and MySQL.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Good understanding of system operation and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willing to participate in night-time on-call duties and scheduled support.
• Fluent in Chinese (Listening Speaking Reading and Writing) for daily communication and documentation.
