The Manufacturing Supervisoris responsible forleading manufacturing operators and supporting training cohorts during plant startup knowledge transfer and operational ramp-up activities. This role provides day-to-day supervision of production personnel while ensuring workforce readiness operational performance and employee support.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Lead and supervise manufacturing operators and production personnel.
Manage shift scheduling andmanpowerplanning.
Monitor daily production targets and operational performance.
Track report and escalate manufacturing KPIs as.
Coordinate resource loading and workforce planning activities.
Support conflict management and employee relations matters.
Coach and develop operators to support operational readiness and performance.
Support training cohorts and knowledge transfer activities duringstartupand ramp-up.
Required Qualifications:
At least 5 years of prior supervisory experienceas Line Lead
Experience managing operators or manufacturing teams.
Experience with shift scheduling andmanpowerplanning.
Experience supporting training activities and workforce development.
Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs and operational reporting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to travel internationally as.
Preferred Qualification:
Experience supporting plantstartup knowledgetransfer or operational ramp-up activities.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment with growing team structures.
