Direct cross-functional business activities to ensure holistic compliance across Regulatory EHS Product and Data Governance domains; oversee the integrity of critical mandates including Conflict Minerals RoHS/REACH RBA and Global Trade through robust Master Data controls
Manage business activities to ensure compliance with applicable product environmental sustainability and trade regulations;
- Drive the process to capture the latest market regulations changes and conduct impact analysis and plan to achieve compliance;
- Oversee the engagement with suppliers to obtain the appropriate data and collaborate to drive toward the regulation compliance;
- Govern the process of the supplier data validation and the risk identification with the proper actions to mitigate the risk;
- Control the communication with internal stakeholder and external customers to ensure clarity and compliance to commitment;
- Provide consultancy on Celestica policy base line services for existing business inquiries and for new customer contracts;
- Establish a Master Data Governance framework to ensure consistency accuracy and enforce critical business control requirements.
- Lead initiatives in developing best practices to ensure controlled clean and consistent data including tools and processes;
- Provide mentoring and coaching to the team as well as ensuring the team members are getting the proper training and development;
- Broad knowledge of an EMS environment materials and processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge in Regulatory EHS and Product compliance.
- In-depth knowledge in Master Data standards best practices and tools.
- Working knowledge (if pertains) to Free Trade Agreements HS Tariff Duty/VAT ITAR regulations Sanctions and Embargoes
- Excellent analytical negotiation and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
- Strong project management skills and Customer service experience.
- Proficient in computer systems MS Office Google Workspace and AI.
- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
- Duties of this position require continuous light physical effort and exertion including prolonged repetitive motion standing sitting in a confined work space.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Ten years of relevant experience in Regulatory EHS Product and MDM
Bachelors Degree related to Compliance Data Management or Business
