Are you a recent graduate or junior technician eager to build hands-on experience in structural engineering Join Our Client and learn the ropes from experienced supervisors on major infrastructure projects.
We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to assist in daily site operations. No prior specialization is neededjust a willingness to learn a commitment to safety and a desire to grow. If youre ready to trade your classroom for a construction site and build something meaningful this is your starting point.
What You Will Learn & Do:
- Assist in overseeing daily activities to keep projects on track.
- Learn to inspect structural works (including post-tensioning) against drawings and quality standards.
- Help enforce site safety protocols and contribute to a zero-accident culture.
- Assist in managing general workers and communicating with contractors.
- Maintain daily site records and progress reports for the Project Engineer.
- Identify basic on-site issues and escalate them for timely resolution.
Who We Are Looking For:
- SPM / Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to applytraining will be provided!
- Possesses own transport (motorcycle).
- Willing to relocate based on project site.
- Semenanjung or Sarawak.
- Availability: Immediate starter preferred.
