Job Summary
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues raised by internal users.
- Manage incidents service requests and technical issues through the IT Service Management system.
- Install configure update and deploy software and computer equipment.
- Set up maintain replace and troubleshoot laptops desktops and other end-user devices.
- Manage IT asset inventory lifecycle tracking audits and documentation.
- Support IT hardware procurement and warranty services.
- Provide support for:
- Wired and wireless networks
- Wi-Fi access points
- Printers and multifunction devices
- Conference rooms and A/V equipment
- Servers and network infrastructure
- Provide L2/L3 infrastructure support across the AE site.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Support IT projects office expansion relocation and technology refresh initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Assist with onboarding and IT training for new employees and internal users.
- Work closely with managers and department heads to resolve advanced technical issues and prioritise IT requirements.
- Work with vendors suppliers and the Purchasing Team on IT-related matters.
- Support manufacturing-related systems and equipment including IoT and PLC environments.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to improve IT system performance and efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis and technical problem solving.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Windows Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Active Directory including domain accounts and DHCP
- Local and network printers / multifunction devices
- Wired and wireless LAN configuration and installation
- iOS and Android mobile device setup and configuration
- Laptop and desktop setup deployment and repair
- Server and network infrastructure
- Project coordination / project management
Experience with the following infrastructure is preferred:

Required Skills:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in web-based enterprise software development Proficient in SQL C# MS SQL Database RESTful API HTML5 AJAX CSS JSON MVC LINQ Git JavaScript jQuery Bootstrap Good understanding and application of tools principles concepts and techniques related to requirements data usability and process analysis Excellent time management skills and ability to work within a rapidly changing environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and drive to improve existing business processes and procedures Good communication (oral written presentation) interpersonal and consultative skills Good team player with excellent work ethic Ability to work with various senior stakeholders Desire to learn new technologies and skills Deliver high-quality projects independently with minimal assistance Proficiency in operating measurement instruments is an added advantage Experience working in Agile/Scrum development process Experience with performance and/or security testing Experience with Eggplant test automation tool is a plus Experience with JIRA issue tracker is a plus Problem solving skill and good communication skill Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to work independently Positive thinking and good self-discipline Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
