Job Summary
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling visa-related data requests for inbound and outbound mobility activities.
- Prepare and organize documents required for visa applications and International Mobility processes.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of visa applications.
- Maintain and update inbound and outbound mobility checklists.
- Support data preparation maintenance and validation related to International Mobility activities.
- Handle document and data-related requests from relevant stakeholders.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks related to International Mobility activities as required.
Project Involvement:
- Support in digitalization and process improvement projects
- Support in data analytics and reporting projects
Qualifications :
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and data interpretation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Copilot and Canva.
- Knowledge of Power BI and AI tools is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in English both written and spoken.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive and willing to learn.
- Ability to commit for 4-6 months of compulsory internship (please indicate the official internship period in the resume).
- Preferably start by September.
