Job Summary
Prepare cost estimates tender submissions and project budgets
Monitor project costs variation orders claims monthly joint
measurement sheets and site instructions
Prepare progress claims final accounts and documentation for Variation
Orders (VO) Extension of Time (EOT) Loss & Expense claims
Coordinate with consultants contractors and suppliers
Ensure effective cost control throughout both pre-contract and post-
contract stages
Coordinate effectively between internal departments
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
Relevant experience in the construction/project management industry
Good knowledge of contracts costing and tendering processes
Strong analytical communication and negotiation skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Good coordination and teamwork skills
