Executive (Financial Planning, Analysis & Cost Accounting)

• Plan and manage the development and implementation Group Consolidated & its subsidiary Annual Plans & Budgets reviewing the submission and providing insightful analysis and recommendations to the respective management to ensure alignment with Groups strategies objectives and operational plans and to ensure good corporate governance.
• Plan manage and review the development of YEP with required analysis as part of performance reporting for Board by developing analysis based on best assumptions in order to reflect an accurate financial projection for management consumption and decisions making.

2) RESIDENTIAL AND MIXED DEVELOPMENT ANTICIPATED FINAL COST (AFC)

• Plan execute and monitor the preparation of project anticipated final cost (AFC) to facilitate managements decision-making process with key financial information/operational analytics in order to make better decisions to ensure project deliver on time within budget.
• Plan execute and monitor the preparation with high complexity of project anticipated final cost (AFC) to facilitate the project economic decision-making process with key financial information/operational analytics in order to make better decisions to ensure project deliver on time within budget.

3) INVENTORY AND ROC MONITORING

• Plan execute and monitor ROC with key financial information/analytics in order to make better decisions to ensure the project delivery on time within budget

4) MAJOR INFRASTRUCTURE

• Plan execute analyse the major infrastructure cost report submitted by Project Planning & Control (PPC) and allocating it appropriately the infrastructure cost to the future development in ensuring consistently of accounting treatment.

5) FINANCE @ BUSINESS

• Conduct financial due diligence and highlight the financial performance for position and to provide appropriate recommendation on issues highlighted.
• Analyse and support the internal stakeholders on financial data with in-depth analysis in ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statement and quality analysis.
