Job Summary

Position : Executive Corporate Secretarial

Job Scope(s):

  • Manage day-to-day corporate secretarial matters for assigned group companies.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable laws regulations and corporate governance requirements.
  • Prepare notices agendas resolutions and supporting documents for Board and shareholder meetings.
  • Draft and maintain meeting minutes written resolutions and resolution extracts.
  • Prepare and submit statutory filings to SSM and other relevant authorities ensuring all submissions are completed on time.
  • Maintain and update statutory registers minute books and other corporate records.
  • Coordinate nominee director appointments resignations assessments and related records.
  • Monitor Board composition to ensure compliance with statutory contractual and internal requirements.
  • Maintain and update company information records and compliance status for assigned entities.
  • Support and coordinate corporate exercises including restructuring share transfers company name changes and company closures.

Requirement(s):

  • Bachelors Degree in Corporate Administration Business Administration Law Management or a related discipline; MAICSA/CGI qualification or partial qualification is an advantage.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of relevant corporate secretarial or compliance experience is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant practical exposure may be considered.
  • Required Skills:
    • Companies Act 2016 knowledge; statutory fillings and corporate records; minutes and resolutions; stakeholder coordination; Microsoft Office and deadline management
