Job Title: Enterprise Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Manager to grow our enterprise AI and digital transformation business.

This is an opportunity to take a leading role in a fast-growing enterprise AI transformation business shaping how organisations modernise their systems develop their workforce and adopt AI at scale.

Our solutions cover the full enterprise transformation stack including ERP and HRMS platforms workforce reskilling and enterprise learning process automation data analytics SaaS platforms and AI solutions.

You will work directly with senior business leaders to understand their priorities identify transformation opportunities and bring together the right combination of solutions internal capabilities channels and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the enterprise AI and digital transformation business.

Engage C-suite executives business leaders and other key decision-makers through effective presentations consultations and solution discussions.

Understand clients business challenges operational priorities technology requirements and workforce development needs.

Identify suitable solutions across ERP HRMS enterprise skilling workforce reskilling SaaS process automation data analytics and AI.

Develop integrated solution proposals that address clients systems processes workforce and business performance needs.

Work closely with internal solution technical product and delivery teams to develop proposals demonstrations and transformation roadmaps.

Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients technology partners channel partners and industry stakeholders.

Develop channel and partnership strategies to expand market reach strengthen solution capabilities and generate new business opportunities.

Identify and establish new partnerships that complement the companys enterprise transformation solutions.

Conduct market research to identify target industries emerging business needs and potential enterprise accounts.

Manage the enterprise sales pipeline sales forecasts and account development plans.

Oversee the development of key accounts and identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns client propositions presentation materials and market-facing content.

Monitor sales performance market developments and competitor activity to refine business development strategies.

Requirements

Requirements

Proven 5-7 years experience in B2B enterprise sales business development consulting or account management.

Experience selling technology enterprise software digital transformation professional services workforce solutions or enterprise learning solutions.

Strong ability to engage and present to C-suite executives and senior business leaders.

Ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into practical solutions.

Good understanding of enterprise technology AI workforce transformation or digital transformation.

Strong commercial judgement negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Experience developing partnerships channels or strategic alliances would be an advantage.

Ability to work across internal teams technology partners and client stakeholders.

Self-driven resourceful and focused on achieving results.
