Electrical Construction Manager (Industrial & Science) KLSelangor

• Manage and supervise all electrical construction activities from installation through testing commissioning and handover.
• Oversee contractor performance productivity quality safety and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate electrical works with CSA Mechanical Process and Commissioning teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review construction methodologies work packages method statements and installation plans.
• Monitor installation of electrical systems including substations switchgear transformers power distribution generators UPS lighting grounding lightning protection and ELV systems.
• Identify construction risks technical issues and schedule constraints and implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications drawings applicable codes and regulatory requirements.
• Lead site coordination meetings progress reviews and contractor performance discussions.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure adherence to project quality and safety standards.
• Review progress reports construction status updates variations and contractor claims.
• Support testing energization commissioning punch list closure and final project handover.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical construction management on large-scale projects.
• Proven experience delivering Industrial Semiconductor Data Centre Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Life Sciences or High-Tech Facility projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical construction practices installation standards testing and commissioning processes.
• Experience managing multiple contractors and stakeholders in complex construction environments.
