Data Operations Associate Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

• Lead and manage a team responsible for data processing and operational activities.
• Ensure accurate high-quality and timely delivery of work.
• Monitor KPIs productivity quality and team performance to achieve operational targets.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching and constructive feedback.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational and technical issues.
• Manage workload resources and priorities to meet business requirements.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Statistics Mathematics Data Analytics or a related field.
• Experience in people management team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Strong people and process management capabilities.
• Ability to manage engage and influence cross-functional teams.
• Good delegation coaching and performance management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Client-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in process improvement and change management is an advantage.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes.
