The Role
Customer Service Executive (Voice Email Live Chat)
Full-time on-site in Sungai Petani Kedah

What Youll Do

• Handle customer enquiries professionally via voice email and live chat
• Assist with order status delivery updates returns refunds account enquiries and product information
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently in line with company policies and service standards
• Accurately record all customer interactions in the CRM system
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams
• Deliver timely effective solutions that keep customer satisfaction high
• Meet individual and team KPIs including quality productivity CSAT and attendance
• Stay up to date on the platforms products services promotions and processes

What Were Looking For

• Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma/Degree is an advantage)
• Good spoken and written Malay and English
• Customer service call center or BPO experience is a plus and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy and typing skills
• Willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays

Working Hours
5 working days a week with 2 rotational off days. Shifts follow operational needs and may include:
7:00 AM 4:30 PM
8:00 AM 5:30 PM
8:30 AM 6:00 PM
9:00 AM 6:00 PM
12:30 PM 10:00 PM
2:30 PM 12:00 AM
10:00 PM 7:30 AM (overnight)

Salary

• Basic salary: RM2000
• Monthly performance KPI incentive: up to RM250
