Job Summary
Position : Completion Management System (CMS) Administrator

Job Scope(s):
- Ensure system readiness and proper documentation for each project phase transition including construction pre-commissioning commissioning start-up and final handover in accordance with company guidelines and project requirements.
- Monitor and track system and subsystem completion status to ensure all required acceptance criteria are fulfilled before phase handover.
- Coordinate consolidate and maintain inspection reports punch lists and completion records throughout the project lifecycle.
- Operate and maintain the Completion Management System (CMS) at the project site ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Monitor outstanding work and punch list items follow up with relevant teams and provide regular updates on completion progress.
- Coordinate with construction pre-commissioning commissioning and operations teams as well as company representatives and third-party vendors to facilitate smooth phase turnover.
- Prepare and maintain completion status reports system handover documentation and other required project records.
- Ensure the accuracy completeness and traceability of CMS data and documentation in accordance with project procedures and applicable standards.
Requirement(s):
- Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry including at least 3 years in a similar role or capacity.
- Relevant experience in engineering or construction project administration commissioning documentation and completion reporting.
- Familiarity with engineering construction pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
- Experience using Completion Management System (CMS) software.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and project reporting tools.
- Strong organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.
