Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Provide primary L1L3 application support for business-critical enterprise applications including incident triage issue investigation production monitoring and user support.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) document findings and drive corrective or preventive actions to improve system stability.
- Support production releases deployment validation post-release monitoring and hypercare activities during critical support windows.
- Perform enhancements bug fixes configuration updates and support-related application changes when required.
- Support business-critical activities during Malaysia public holidays when required with compensation through replacement leave or holiday pay based on company policy.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in application support production support or support-focused software development.
- Strong experience supporting applications built with .NET C# RESTful API and Entity Framework.
- Working knowledge of frontend technologies including Angular React HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with MySQL / SQL Server including query analysis data validation stored procedures and basic performance troubleshooting.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
