Job Summary
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Backend Developer to join a fast-growing product team. The role focuses on backend development using C# .NET 8/9 Azure SQL and Azure cloud infrastructure. You will contribute to scalable web-based applications design and integrate REST APIs and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to backend development initiatives within a dedicated technical team.
Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high code quality.
Design build and integrate REST APIs for scalable web-based applications.
Take ownership of technical decisions and backend architecture within the team scope.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams across the organization.
Must-Have Requirements:
4 years of experience with C# and .NET preferably .NET 8/9.
Experience with CI/CD Kubernetes Grafana or APM tools.
Proven experience developing and maintaining web-based applications.
Strong experience with REST APIs including both integration and design.
Ability to work independently take ownership and drive outcomes.
Proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Azure Service Bus Docker or Bitbucket.
Exposure to Azure AI Search or Apache Lucene.
