Senior Software Engineer

As we continue to strengthen our Engineering function we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who will help shape the Banks technology landscape and build the systems that power our products and services. You will play a key role in technical decisions architecture evolution and the modernization of the Banks technology platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design develop test and maintain the Banks software solutions;

• Build reliable secure and scalable applications and integrations;

• Write clean maintainable and well-tested code;

• Review code and help maintain high engineering standards;

• Investigate technical issues and implement long-term solutions;

• Improve development testing deployment and monitoring practices;

• Collaborate with product managers business analysts other engineers and external partners;

• Participate in planning estimation and delivery of development initiatives;

• Share technical knowledge and support the professional growth of other team members.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience;

• Strong proficiency / C# Core and Entity Framework;

• Strong understanding of software architecture design patterns and clean code principles;

• Experience with relational databases and SQL;

• Experience with automated testing version control and CI/CD practices;

• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs external systems and microservice-based solutions in ecosystem;

• Ability to analyze complex requirements and propose practical technical solutions;

• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership of delivered solutions;

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams;

• Good English skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as App Service Azure Functions Service Bus Key Vault or Azure SQL;

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools;

• Knowledge of application security and secure software development practices;

• Experience with event-driven architecture or messaging technologies;

• Familiarity with observability logging and monitoring tools;

• Previous experience in banking fintech or another regulated industry;

• Experience working with legacy system modernization or complex system integrations.
