Job Summary
For our client we are looking for a Backend Developer to join a product-focused team in the gaming industry. The role involves ownership of backend development using C# .NET 8/9 Azure SQL and Azure cloud infrastructure. You will contribute to scalable web-based applications design and integrate REST APIs and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to backend development initiatives within a dedicated technical team
- Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high code quality standards
- Design build and integrate REST APIs for scalable web-based applications
- Take ownership of technical decisions and backend architecture within the team scope
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams
Must-Have Requirements:
- 4 years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET preferably .NET 8/9
- Experience with CI/CD Kubernetes Grafana or APM tools
- Proven experience developing and maintaining web-based applications
- Strong experience with REST APIs including both integration and design
- Ability to work independently take ownership and drive outcomes
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Azure Service Bus Docker or Bitbucket
- Exposure to Azure AI Search or Apache Lucene
