IT Product Owner (Finance)
Job Summary
Your responsibilities will include:
Work directly with finance users to understand workflows pain points and underlying needs through conversations observation and data involving engineers in discovery and solution discussions where useful
Use Microsoft Dynamics NAV and finance-process expertise to assess standard functionality process changes integrations and development options
Turn business problems into clear backlog items acceptance criteria and business test scenarios
Own agreed improvements from investigation and prioritisation through delivery support business validation adoption and outcome review
Maintain and communicate a prioritised backlog balancing user value regulatory obligations operational risk dependencies and technical health
Challenge requests constructively compare solution options with evidence and explain prioritisation decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders
Collaborate closely with the Engineering Team Lead engineers and QA where available.
Support users in adopting improvements and use post-release evidence to identify further changes and refine priorities
We are looking for a colleague who has:
Experience as an ERP Business Analyst Functional Consultant Product Specialist Product Owner or in a similar role with responsibility for improvements and practical outcomes
Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics NAV knowledge and a strong understanding of finance processes and ERP-supported workflows
Ability to investigate underlying problems challenge initial requests compare alternatives and make evidence-based trade-offs
Experience translating complex workflows into clear backlog items acceptance criteria and business test scenarios and validating changes with users and engineers
Understanding of integrations data flows and delivery constraints; SQL and relational data knowledge are an advantage
Confidence working across business and technology teams influencing stakeholders and explaining prioritisation decisions
An ownership mindset: you remain involved beyond specification and care whether the solution works in practice and delivers the intended result
English and Lithuanian proficiency appropriate to stakeholder communication

Salary range for this position is 3 000 - 5 000 EUR gross per month. Depending on your competencies and experience we are open to discussing a different salary
