Were looking for a Chief Executive Officer to run it as a business: full ownership of the sites budget and results a team of 70 spanning content monetization and partnerships and a clear mandate to build the revenue streams that will carry the company through its next chapter. Youll report directly to our Group CEO.

has built an enormous loyal audience. The next chapter is about what we do with it. Your primary mandate is to make it one engine among several rather than the only one identifying testing and scaling new revenue lines: brand partnerships premium content subscriptions commerce and licensing and models we havent tried yet. Youll have the traffic the brand the team and the founders backing. What we need is someone who can turn that into proven new revenue fast and who knows the difference between a promising test and a real business.

What You Will Do:

• Own s commercial results set the strategy own the budget and be accountable for the numbers;

• Operate within a broader group environment actively managing key stakeholder relationships aligning business priorities and collaborating closely with Group Leadership;

• Lead the ideation and conceptualization of cutting-edge media/content projects exploring opportunities for innovation and growth;

• Build and scale revenue beyond advertising: from business case and financial projections through launch to profitability;

• Lead a team of 70 across content monetization and partnerships set the KPIs build the structure deliver the results;

• Develop strategic partnerships that open distribution revenue or both;

• Ensure efficient operations: resource allocation workflow performance management and process improvement - run smoothly through the team and structure you build;

• Analyze performance metrics audience engagement data and workflow analytics to drive continuous improvement;

• Stay ahead of platform and market shifts search social AI and translate them into decisions.

What We Expect:

Must Have:

• Experience leading a company business unit or large department with budget and P&L responsibility ideally in a C-level or GM role;

• A track record in growth: marketing audience distribution or monetization. This is the core of the job not a bonus;

• Proven experience taking something new from zero to profitability a product a vertical a revenue line a company;

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams;

• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and identify business opportunities;

• Passion for innovation and growing new initiatives across different industries;

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian written and spoken.
  

Strong Advantage:

• Digital publishing or media background;

• Hands-on experience with non-advertising revenue models: commerce licensing subscriptions IP;

• Experience operating at scale products with millions of monthly users.
