Job Summary
- BSc/B-tech degree Metallurgical / Chemical Engineering
- 5 years of relevant post graduate experience within a Pyrometallurgical environment (Rotary kiln Reduction
Furnaces / and Refining furnaces) - Extensive experience in Pyrometallurgical environment (Rotary kiln Reduction Furnaces / and Refining furnaces)
- Sound understanding of research and development process principles in the industry
- Highly computer literate and well experienced in Microsoft office.
- Good communication skills for effective liaison and teamwork.
- Problem-solving skills analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on several tasks or projects concurrently
- Commercial acumen and an awareness of the business value of work undertaken.
- The ability to work well independently with minimum supervision.
- Drive enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- Good presentation skills
- The ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly
