Network Administrator (Riga office)

About the Role

As a Network Administrator you will play a key role in managing a high-traffic enterprise network across multiple on-premises and cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with Development Security and Engineering teams to ensure the network remains stable resilient and secure.

Required Experience

• Strong knowledge of core networking services including DNS and DHCP and protocols such as IP TCP/UDP IPSec BGP and RADIUS (IEEE 802.1X)
• Proven experience with Fortigate and Aruba
• Practical experience with cloud platforms primarily AWS
• Experience in designing and implementing high-availability and failover solutions for network infrastructure
• Strong network troubleshooting packet analysis and debugging skills

Responsibilities

• Resolve network issues reported by users and monitoring systems in a timely manner
• Monitor network performance identify weaknesses and proactively troubleshoot issues
• Support the implementation and integration of new network solutions and third-party services
• Install configure maintain and upgrade network equipment and corporate infrastructure
• Collaborate with internal teams vendors and business partners to resolve issues and support integrations
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues ensuring proper documentation of problems and resolutions
• Improve the stability availability and reliability of network infrastructure
• Enhance network security in collaboration with the Information Security team including supporting audits
• Perform backup operations disaster recovery and failover procedures
• Maintain accurate configuration records and operational documentation
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and best practices
• Plan and manage renewals of network software and service licenses
