Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations.
Experience in team management and preventive maintenance.
Knowledge of safety regulations and cost control.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
