I&C Supervisor

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of I&C Supervisor in Kuwait. Our client is a reputed organization in the Water Treatment / Desalination sector seeking skilled and motivated professionals. • Supervise instrumentation and control maintenance activities for RO and desalination plants.
  
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant instrumentation.
  
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC DCS transmitters sensors and control systems.
  
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of automation systems.
  
• Coordinate annual maintenance shutdown activities.
  
• Maintain maintenance records and technical reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with plant safety and maintenance procedures.
  
• Support plant operations by minimizing equipment downtime.
  

• Instrumentation Maintenance Calibration and maintenance of field instruments.
  
• PLC & DCS Systems Troubleshooting and maintenance.
  
• RO Plant Maintenance Annual maintenance expertise.
  
• Desalination Systems Knowledge of plant operations and controls.
  
• Preventive Maintenance Planning and execution.
  

• SCADA knowledge
  
• Team supervision experience
  
• Root cause analysis
  

Minimum 10 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control maintenance preferably in RO or desalination plants. Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience in annual maintenance activities.

• Minimum: Diploma
  
• Preferred: Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics (Typical)
  
• Additional: Relevant industrial certifications (Typical)
