Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly assist with seating arrangements and ensure a positive first impression.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide menu recommendations when required.

• Serve food beverages and desserts promptly while maintaining high service standards.

• Handle guest requests inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas tables and service stations throughout operations.

• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Process bills and payments accurately while following company procedures.

• Adhere to hygiene food safety and service standards at all times.

• Previous experience as a Guest Service Associate Waiter Steward Server or in a customer-facing F&B role is required.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly guest-oriented approach.

• Professional grooming positive attitude and confidence in interacting with guests.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining service standards.

• Full-length photograph along with height and weight details must be provided as part of the application.

• Total Gross Salary: KWD 175 per month
